Lily + Cooper, Belleville IL Farmhouse

Lily and Cooper! I could photograph them all day, and nearly did. It’s not an annual session with these two unless someone gets hurt. This year they both did. One injury thanks to me. Sorry Lily! ♥ At least there was no blood spilled this year. Shew.

Love these kids, but especially love their mama (sorry Kurt, I sort of like you too). She said I’m lying – so I thought I’d do a public display of affection here: Hey Janel, I really DO like you! No lie. Right on!

Senior Portrait Season!

Jessica, a Mascoutah HS senior, is a true gem of a person, modest, intelligent, quirky and super fun! I had a great evening with her and her equally charming mother. Come back! I want to do it AGAIN!

Mascoutah High School Senior Portraits

Hey – super busy with senior portraits and absolutely loving every second! I’m not modest about my senior pictures – I rock them. I’ve left about 3 days open in October for seniors – get them while the getting is good! I book solid every October-November – no joke.

While Belleville West’s yearbook deadline has since passed there is still time for you Belleville East seniors – BTHSE recommends that you have your portrait taken by October 1st in order to meet yearbook deadlines – which is October 28th. Because I’m a brand new addition to the list I’m getting lots of inquiries for that (thanks!) – I can fit BTHS East seniors in until October 7th, still allowing you plenty of time to choose your yearbook portrait and meet that final October 28th deadline. So give me a call or drop me a line!

Mascoutah peeps – your deadline is November 1st! For the least few years I’ve heroically saved the day for a solo Mascoutah senior, by shooting the portrait session the night before deadline – can you believe it? I’m trying to avoid that this year as it’s stressful on everyone. Try booking your session before October 15th to avoid the drama.

Breese & Trenton high schools? You’re golden. Yearbook deadline isn’t until early next year. You can still procrastinate a minute.

Why Dinan Photo for senior sessions? Because I’m the most relaxed photographer you’ll ever meet. No silly rules, no rushing you through the door, no limitations. This is a big milestone for you, I get that. When you look good, I look good – and the session isn’t over until I’m confident you’ve got everything you want. I’m not interested in booking sessions back to back, slamming generic portraits out or not knowing my people – I’m interested in what you want, who you are and your portraits will reflect that.

And if you want to hop in a waterfall in your beautiful prom dress that’s fine by me!
